GoToMeeting, GoToAssist and ShareMy Screen offer invaluable services for our customers. They allow us to have a look directly at your computer screen, making it easier to diagnose the problems that you may be having.

On top of that, we can even take control of your computer (with your permission of course!) so that we can demonstrate the best solution to your problem directly to you.

GoToMeeting is free for our subscription customers to use, just put the meeting ID you will have been given by our support team in the box above and follow the instructions.
