Q: How is SolidWorks Sustainability be sold?
A: SolidWorks Sustainability can be purchased in one of two ways: Through Solid Solutions like all other SolidWorks products, or online via the SolidWorks Sustainability website. Only existing SolidWorks 2010 users will be able to purchase the product online with a credit card.
Q: Why are we also selling this product online?
A: More and more customers have expressed an interest in purchasing products online. Our goal is to make it easy for customers to find and purchase this product in an expedited fashion.
Q: Will other products be available for sale online?
A: We will consider adding additional products and services in the future.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Major credit cards are accepted for payment through the website.
Q: Can maintenance for the product be purchased online?
A: Yes, provided you have an active Subscription on your SolidWorks license(s). If your SolidWorks license does have Subscription, so must SolidWorks Sustainability. If your SolidWorks license does NOT have Subscription, then it will not be added to the order for SolidWorks Sustainability.
Q: Are there any transaction fees?
A: There are no additional transaction fees above the cost of the product and any associated Subscription Service.
Q: What countries/currencies are supported?
A: All accounts and countries using US Dollars.
Q: What languages does the Buy Now functionality support?
A: Initially, English. French, German, Italian an Spanish.
