SolidWorks Sustainability is the latest product from SolidWorks Corp, designed to help you reduce the Environmental Impact of your designs. It performs full Life Cycle Assessment of parts and assemblies based on information from the well respected and trusted database compiled over 20 years by PE International. Soon all design will be Sustainable Design.

Engineers' influence on the Environment is huge – many do not realise. Early decisions in the design process establish most of the impact. A product’s impact is then multiplied by production quantities. It is not easy to work out the impact of your designs manually. It is even harder to find out what steps to take in order to reduce the environmental impact.
SolidWorks Sustainability is seamlessly integrated into SolidWorks, residing in the task pane and is incredibly intuitive to use. Assess the total environmental impact for complete assemblies.
