SolidWorks 2012 Launch Events
SolidWorks 2012 has arrived! The launch events around the country were a huge success. The Model Mania competition was very popular too. Many designers and engineers took the challenge of modelling the part as quickly as possible but also accurate to the engineering drawing and the fastest times won a 3D Connexions SpacePilot Pro. There was also a Simulation Challenge, to design the optimum bridge, light but strong enough to do the job using Simulation to check the design. Winners took home a brand new Kindle ebook reader.
