At SolidWorks World 2007, New Orleans, Solid Solutions Management were awarded the runner-up position in the results of a SolidWorks survey of 107 European SolidWorks resellers. Dear Solid Solutions Support, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the support staff team for their professional and efficient approach to their support role over the last four years. From the initial months following our first solidworks installation, numerous upgrades and occasional issues in between, the Support team have been very methodical in their problem solving approach and in some cases very patient, but ultimately there has always been a solution.
Most recently I was working on an urgent job with very little time to spare, when I had an issue that prevented me from continuing to plan and would have resulted in me losing many hours of work. Although the Support team could not solve the actual issue this time (not through lack of trying), they quickly provided a “work around” that allowed me to continue working without any data loss or time loss. What impressed me most was that weeks later, one of the Support team contacted me to inform us that the original issue I had, had been fully investigated and the problem resolved in the next service pack.
It is reassuring to know that no matter how trivial an issue might be, the support staff gives you 100 percent and also it's encouraging ton know that you have helped highlight a required improvement to an already great 3D modeling package, one that I am happy to recommend highly.
