About The Vacancy
| Job Description |
Due to our continued growth in existing markets, Bakerbellfield are undertaking projects with greater scope of works, to that end we are looking to appoint a Design Manager to manage a small design team in a very busy department. The successful applicant will be able to manage not only the day to day work load of the department, by scheduling works instructions to meet the manufacturing constraint, but also produce 3D models for the sales team to present to prospective clients. |
| Experience Required |
Bakerbellied use SolidWorks Professional to support the business. The successful candidate will therefore be proficient in using this system. We also use this system to tranfer manufacturing information direct to the CNC machining centres. Good communication will be required at all levels from the shop floor through to director level. An understanding of furniture design and the production of manufacturing drawings would be advantagous. |

Solid Works Professional, an understanding of joinery and on site installation. |
