PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER
Join Omlet’s successful in house production and development team based near Banbury, Oxfordshire. We are a young ambitious design focused company - producing and retailing unique and innovative pet
products. You will work as part of a team responsible for the continued development of exciting products.

| Experience Required |
• You must be proficient in 3D Solid Modelling, preferably SolidWorks and familiar with Engineering Drawings.
• You should have a dynamic, hands-on, problem solving approach
and be comfortable building simple prototype models.
• You should have knowledge of DFM and DFA principles and you will
be expected to work closely with manufacturers and suppliers on a regular basis.
• You need a good knowledge of a range of manufacturing processes and materials, in particular plastic mouldings and metal fabrications.
• 1-2 years of industrial experience is preferable but not essential.

| Qualifications |
At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing or Industrial Design.
