About The Vacancy

Job Description	The successful job applicant will work with the Managing Director to develop products for rail interiors initially. Once we have developed this product range the applicant will work alongside two other designers, designing furniture for other sectors of our business including retail, office, commercial banking, transport, healthcare & education. This will involve concept 3D models in SolidWorks. Space planning. Once the designs are approved by sales, the role will involve working these designs up into manufacturing drawings and instructions. CNC Programming with programmes being developed directly form solid works into alpha cam. Design tooling for the polyurethane injection moulding process. Some project management will be required in processing some aspects of the job. The role will also involve working closely with suppliers.
Experience Required	Solid Works experience obligatory. Demonstrate an understanding of the design process, consideration of customer aspirations, manufacturing techniques and processes and installation.
Qualifications	SolidWorks training SolidWorks PDM training advantageous
Salary Range	Dependent upon experience
Location	Display House, Hortonwood 7, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7GP
