Bradley Wiggins, Chris Froome .... and now the SSM 'Tour de Majorca' dream team!
Pictured below is the team attending our first 'Cycling Boot Camp' at Alcudia in Majorca.
This picture was before the 100 km ride round the island including a 9 km hill climb. The picture of me after the ride is unpublishable - a quivering mess of sweaty flesh, sunburnt face and wobbly legs.
Seriously, this was a fantastic team building event and a great chance to improve our fitness, work together and spur each other on. In 3 days we each cycled 271 km (168 miles) and climbed a total of 2394 m (7854 ft). If we had done this distance as a relay we could have cycled from London to Moscow!

www.sunvelo.com) who taught me how to get a good 'cadance', encouraged me up the hill climbs and shared their expertise of all things to do with bikes and the beautiful back lanes of Majorca.
