Due to recent expansion Tek-Dry have vacancies for Experienced Mechanical Design Engineers who are conversant with SOLIDWORKS 3D design package.

A successful candidate will work with our team of design engineers to produce engineering drawings for new and existing designs.

Tek-Dry produce a range of large drying and associated equipment for diverse industrial and food processes worldwide since 1990. The equipment is constantly developed and is acknowledged as the best quality available today.

Main duties:
1. Detailed technical design work using Solidworks tools
2. Production of engineering drawings
3. Work with fabricators to ensure a smooth manufacturing process
4. Communicate with suppliers to specify bought in equipment
5. Work on new designs with the current design team.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in SOLIDWORKS CAD software with sheet metal and fabrication to a demonstrably proficient standard.

• Ideally you will have experience with designing projects from conception through to completion including appreciation of calculations, drawings, specifications.
