Our Process:

Brief us on your requirements here, let us know your project's time frames, the skills you require and your budget for a contractor.
We'll find a match and work with you and the contractor to confirm details such as duration and pay rates.
Once our contractor has started working for you, they'll log their hours each week on our online portal for you to approve or decline.
Once the hours worked have been signed off we will send you an invoice and we will pay the contractor. There's no need for you to worry about pay roll, tax, or things like IR35. We take care of it.

How much does it cost?

We will work with you to understand your budget and only submit contractors who’s rates align with this.

Will contractors provide their own SOLIDWORKS licence?

As a SOLIDWORKS reseller, we have unique access to hundreds of SOLIDWORKS equipped contractors, meaning they’ve invested in the software so you don't have to for spikes in workloads or one off projects.

Will the contractors provide their own hardware?

As our contractors come equipped with SOLIDWORKS, the vast majority will have their own CAD capable workstations or laptops.

Do IR35 rules apply?

Prior to any work starting we will establish whether or not IR35 regulations apply to your temporary role. If IR35 rules apply we will ensure the contract is carried out in a compliant manner.

What about non disclosure?

As part of our service to you, we manage all contractual obligations between us and the contract so you don’t have to. As part of this process our contractors will sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to starting with your business. If you wish to supplement this with your own NDA then that is something you can agree directly with the contractor.

How do payments work?

It is our responsibility to pay our contractors based on the number of hours worked each week. As such you don’t need to worry about any extra payroll responsibilities.

How do you source the right contractor?

We have 100’s of contractors purchasing SOLIDWORKS through us. When a contractor buys a licence we spend time with them to understand their skills, availability, rates, industry preferences, so we’re able to accurately match the right candidate to the right role.

Will they be onsite or work remotely?

This is down to the client’s preference. As our contractors come with their own SOLIDWORKS licence and hardware they can work remotely or hybrid if needed, but many are still happy to be onsite.

What if the contract finishes early?

An early termination clause will form part of the contract we issue to the contractor. If the contract finishes early you can simply give the appropriate notice to the contractor. Typically this would be 1 week, but can be as little as 1 day if you wish.

What if the contract needs to be extended?

If you require the contractor for an extended period of time, and the contractor is happy to continue, we would simply issue a contract extension to the contractor.

How do we track the contractor's hours?

We provide an online timesheet portal. At the end of each week our contractor will submit their hours. The assigned approver will then receive an email where they can approve or decline the hours. If the hours are approved, everyone is notified and we will pay the contractor for the hours worked.
