XYZ Reality is on a path to revolutionize the construction industry with custom augmented reality hardware and innovative software. This Industrial Design roll with be responsible for delivering the design of our Premium Augmented Reality headset and accessories working directly with the Design Director. This is a hands on roll, predominantly CAD based taking design from concept through to production. The role will make use of our in house prototyping facility allowing for quick design iteration and concept testing before implementing functional, premium design solutions Collaboration between electronics hardware and software teams.
Your Experience / Skills
• 3+ years of credible industry experience, preferably in the consumer product sector.
• 3+ years in Solidworks
• Experience seeing project through the entire design process from concept to production
Qualification:
BA or BSC in Product Design at degree to a level of at least 2-1 or equivalent
Salary Range:
40-45K
