Strongdor Limited, a growing steel door manufacturing and distribution business, has a vacancy for a Solidworks 3D CAD Engineer.
To meet growing demand, we are currently accepting applications from candidates who are able to join us in early 2017. We will consider applications for either a full or a part time role, depending on existing University or college commitments.
Role:
Working closely with the Research and Development team on a variety of projects, the successful candidate will be expected to be an excellent communicator. Creating daily job sheets for a busy workshop and supplying drawings for customer approval, they will also have the ability to work, either from their own initiative, or as an integral part of a dynamic team. This means that the right candidate will have a positive, conscientious character and a flexible approach to work.
We would prefer candidates to have experience of Solidworks 3D CAD, with specific knowledge of sheet metal and weldment applications.
