Outstanding support - no waiting. Instant help - If I'm struggling with something I don't bother googling it anymore, it's not worth the time and hassle. Ring them up - they show you on your own screen how to resolve the problem. Most support calls are done in a couple of minutes. Highly recommended.

I am not sure if this particular review is for Josh or Mike but I would give them both 10 stars if it were an option. The support my team gets from these guys is always above and beyond. I get prompt responses with perfect solutions. These guys know the software better than anyone I have ever seen.

Had great in depth knowledge of the problem I had and was able to solve the problem in limited time. In the end we had to reinstall SOLIDWORKS 2020 but used Marks advice.

There was a very fast approach to identifying the problem and a solution was identified rapidly. It was clear the SOLIDWORKS Engineers were experienced and knew exactly where to look to solve the problem.

It only took one logon to rule out the issue being SOLIDWORKS and one suggested fix to fully resolve the issue.
