Simply excellent, I can't fault their support engineers! All have been friendly and have shown excellent all round knowledge of Solidworks and they have had a lot of patience for me. Despite me thinking I've tried everything, they'll go to the next level and eventually, we'll have a solution to my problem.

I believe the knowledge of the trainer was lacking, and felt scripted. I have attended face to face courses and these are much better structured and are vastly more detailed.
