Second time of having Charlotte as the trainer and have been highly impressed both times with the knowledge and thoroughness of delivery.

Our course trainer appeared to know his way around the software, based on the course documentation however there were instances when we were making him aware of certain things and he appeared to not know about what we were saying.

He was constantly talking very fast and I had to constantly telling him to slow down as he had done something and as we were trying to follow him we hadn't seen what he had done to get to the next screen and asked him to slow down and tell us what he did as he was rushing through it.

As mentioned in my main review. Our course trainer Amy was a fantastic instructor.
Had an outstanding knowledge of the software and was always quick to help solve anyone’s problems in the class.
Several members within my group had queries regarding the software that referred to issues that weren’t necessarily covered by the essentials course. Despite this, Amy went out of her way to find answers to these questions.
Overall, fantastic teacher!
