One of the questions I get asked most on Technical Support is "Do I have to download GotoMeeting again??!!" and the answer is usually yes. However, it is possible to have it installed fully so that you do not need to even open a web browser to join a meeting hosted by our Support guys.
To do this, go to www.gotomeeting.com and click on Host a Meeting.
Then download the software and install it. You will be asked to Log in but at this point simply hit the "X" to Cancel.
You will notice that there is a GotoMeeting symbol in the system tray. Whenever you need a gotomeeting with us, you can right click on it, and choose Join...
