Did you know that embedded into our own website are links and recent posts to the SOLIDWORKS Forum and SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
Our own staff use these resources as our first port of call for issues you raise to us, so it is great that you too have access to search these at your leisure. The forums have the added benefit of being able to upload models, and being predominantly hosted in the USA, are a great way of access support when our support desk is closed for the evening.

To gain access to the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base you need to have a subscription contract with us and an account with the
Customer Portal (registration requires a valid email address and SW serial key).
