The new CSWSA exam is 2 hours long and is over 20 questions, of which three are practical based and the rest being theory which the Help files and Knowledge base can support you. We are reccomending that customers attempt this only once they have completed the 3 day Simulation Training Course.
The pass rate for this exam is 70/100.
