We are an established, successful Boat Building company, pioneering a technological approach to the Industry utilising SOLIDWORKS and other leading edge software. Major advances in particular are taking place in our luxury Floating Homes market.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at a time of exciting expansion, underpinned by ongoing investment in the business. Our product is always evolving, our methods are profitable whilst being ecologically focussed.
The role will entail consultation with the sales & planning team before designing and supporting manufacture of the Boat interior and of its external trim. This requires excellent appreciation of the customers’ vision for their home and possible travel expectations, whilst factoring in the commercial implications of design innovation and modifications.

• Good CAD experience, ideally in SOLIDWORKS
• Likely to be a graduate Engineer / Design Engineer
• Ideally some background relevant to the industry but otherwise a strong interest in the sector
• Ability to work as part of a multi skilled team with enthusiasm and a ‘hands-on’ attitude
