DESIGN ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
The role includes, but is not limited to:
•Design and drawing of parts and assemblies for x-ray cabinets and rooms
•Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
•Creating bills of materials
•Supporting Project Managers and Installation Team
•Assisting with design of risk assessments and method statements
•Quality control of products
•Assisting with operation and maintenance manuals
You need to be from a practical background with an HND qualification or degree in Engineering and have at least two years experience of 3D modelling, preferably Solidworks.
You will need good MS Office skills and excellent written English. MS Project and a wider knowledge of computers and software would be useful.
