Helical Technology has been established for over 50 years and has a global presence with production facilities in the UK, India and China. With a background in the design and manufacture of springs, valve rotators and actuators, Helical is now a world leader in the design and manufacture of acoustic and EGR exhaust valves, and it has its own in-house Technical Centre.

The Manufacture and Process Engineer for Exhaust Valves will be based at the Company’s Lytham site and will drive equipment efficiency, accuracy and optimisation through continuous improvement activities.

Project Management Experience,
Experience in a manufacturing environment,
Proficient in 3D CAD Software
High degree of self-discipline, organisation, adaptability and prioritisation,
Knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
Able to work effectively under pressure, especially in time of peak demand,
Excellent communication and IT skills,
Some knowledge of Automotive (PPAP/APQP)
