Greenfield Energy are a leading UK provider of Geothermal based thermal energy management systems. As a relatively new company our success has been built on developing innovative technology, designing, installing and then asset-managing solutions for this industry.
As part of our technology ethos we have invested in SolidWorks as a platform to grow our ideas develop our capabilities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and broad team.
The role will involve producing our designs on a SolidWorks platform and then conveying this information in various 2D / 3D formats to our clients, manufacturers and supply chain in various electronic and paper formats, ensuring this information is accurate for design, installation and long term asset management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, used to working with and interpreting drawings from construction industry professionals such as Architects, Structural, Refrigeration, mechanical and electrical engineers. There will also be an element of design validation on location to ensure designs are suitable for installation or manufacture.
Previous experience in drawing / document control is desirable to ensure correct information management.
A knowledge or interest in dynamic simulation and BIM would be of use for future development.
