Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Description
We produce cnc master patterns and direct tooling for the composites industry across a broad spectrum of markets from Construction and Automotive to Marine and many others.
Creating cad models from 2d information along with taking client supplied data, and translating this into manufacturing details for cnc machining by our own 5 axis cnc machining operation.
You'd be expected to work as part of a team and also operate independently on varying projects.
Your Experience / Skills
Fully competent in the use of SolidWorks.
Good understanding of drawing practises with an eye for detail.
Understanding of manufacturing principles and techniques. Interest in 5 axis CNC Machining
Qualification:
Time Served / Apprentice / Degree Level.

Salary Range:
Dependent on the Calibre of Candidate.
