Role: Design Manager

Description
Our business includes the design and manufacture of brushware products, technical solutions for complex engineering applications, product and supply chain management for 3rd party manufacturers, and design and manufacture of bespoke branded packaging.
We are looking to introduce a dedicated design function, to work across all areas of the business, including product design, packaging, and graphic design, and are seeking an experienced designer to lead and grow this operation.
Your Experience / Skills
The applicant would need to be proficient in one of these key design areas, and able to manage the other elements from within our existing network of design suppliers.
They will play a key role in developing our design, product development and corporate strategies.
