ARTEM is Europe’s leading Physical Special Effects Company, based in Perivale, West London, servicing the Media Industry, mainly film and TV. The Company has a professional and relaxed philosophy, and is looking for an enthusiastic, amiable, team player to head its mechanical design.

The position requires a highly organised, confident individual with an excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering design, workshop practices, and materials, who can design the most weird and wonderful solutions to fantastical requirements. The person would need excellent communication skills and be fully familiar with ‘Solidworks’ software. Experience within the TV and Film Production sectors is not essential, although desirable, as is an affinity with ‘Creatives’ and working to silly deadlines!

The successful candidate would have considerable autonomy, and be expected to contribute to the smooth running of the business.
