Description
Main Role: Joining our Design Department to provide support using SOLIDWORKS for our Log Homes / Buildings for Sales & Technical Team.
Ideal candidates will:
Have a broad knowledge of the building sector, working with bespoke buildings, one off builds, high levels of CAD skills and experience using a range of 2&3D CAD software including: SOLIDWORKS
Qualifications/Skills
• A minimum of 3 year’s operating SOLIDWORKS in a work environment
• Have worked in and be experience in 3D CAD modelling and or Draftsight
• Experience with Advanced Multi-Bodied Parts & Assemblies / Configuration
• Ability to convert existing model templates to create bespoke versions
• Experience in Rendering advantageous but not essential
• Highly motivated
• Fluency, both written and oral in English
• Ability to prioritize work-load and work methodically
• Intelligent and keen to learn new skills
• Ability to be able to work under pressure
• Efficient and productive
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator
