I an not comfortable leaving bad feedback, but the truth is that my issue was not only not resolved, but I have had no explanation as to why. I have heard nothing back letting me know if my issue is even being worked on.

It was something I had forgotten I had done in a previous vue and that carried over into other views. I had set a "invisible" cutting plane in an earlier view and this carries over to other views. So when I was rotaing the model; parts where getting cut off and other parts appearing.
The support engineer kindly pointed out the error in my ways and all resolved.

Solid Soltions support staff are some of the best in the industry. They are knowledgable of the products they support and if they do not know something they let you know that they will raise it with a colleague, and they do.
With this specific issue I was having, I have at least 3 different support engineers all brought their own expertise to the table.

We wanted to simply update our PDM standard from 2021 to 2022. Solid solutions said they wouldn't help us with this without a full days paid consultancy work.
I managed to figure out how to do it with our IT support, it involved running an install wizard and one update.exe file. Probably not a full days work.
While the representative I emailed was friendly and did his best to support, the fact that this service was not included is disappointing.

This was a particularly intractable problem requiring a lot of investigation and suggestions for fixes. Solution was wasn't straight-forward, but recognise that there was a machine element to the issue which was out of Solid solutions control - hence why still given 5 stars
