University bought additional 200 home use licenses to support students' work during the pandemic crisis, but somehow, it was not working well for them in the beginning. We tried quite a few different keys and eventually, students managed to install the software at home PCs.
There was a negative impact on the software credit (home use), although we have been using it for years on campus.
It was worth noting that the corresponding staff from the company was very supportive, and the reply was prompt.

Quick to respond with solutions to the problem however they did not work. i think it would be better and save time from both sides if the support engineer could link to the computer to resolve the issue

The company had just upgraded all the computers and so we thought it be best to up grade the cad and cam software, well I had issues installing and upgrading but with one phone call and a lot of toing and throwing my end all was sorted quick and to a great standard.
