Unfortunately it requires a bug fix from Dassault. The work around works in some cases but not all.

Greta Thattakath from the Technical Support Team was fantastic.

Had not used Festo products before and she helped me all the way to a conclusion that looks to be perfect for our application, out of the very large range of Festo products.

Her answer were very clear despite my ambiguous questions

And as a result will be placing an order with Festo, and will consider standardise on Festo other othe suppliers in the future.

All query points were answered and the migration process was relatively straightforward and completed by myself.

SOLIDWORKS Network License transfer was fine

PDM Standard transfer was fine also, the directions from the support engineer was definitely beneficial

CustomTools transfer was fine also, although I did discover that a couple of simple registry edits made the client update much faster compared with having to re-install things.
