Mark gave me a clear step-by-step guide which gave me the result I wanted. I needed an area of Google Maps to appear in an assembly and then to be visible in a 3d PDF. It worked a treat !.

Very helpful staff and once we get to an agreed solution it would easily be a 5star service. Due to lack of constant terminology over the years within our company, our support agents and SOLIDWORKS its self trying to communicate the issue can be hard. I have no real solution here, maybe a more direct root cause of an issue that is trying to be solved could be useful, (what is the problem which is not necessarily what I am asking for) but customer relations may have to be considered I am an engineer my product has no feelings, people might. You guys will often have a better solution to my problem or know an easier way of achieving what I am trying to do. To note my questions to SolidSolutions are usually not specific to SOLIDWORKS but are being asked due to our own internal continuous improvements where we are trying to get the software to solve a problem I do not need to be reminded where a drawing command is, as a fore instance.
