Pipeline Engineering

Design Engineer required to assist the Project Engineers and Project Managers with the detailing, project management, issuing to manufacture and validation testing of projects and project specific equipment.
Duties:
- Utilising SolidWorks to produce engineering design models and concepts for the generation of General Arrangement and detailed part drawings.
- Assisting in preparing enquiry documents and design packages for subcontractor and internal business units.
-Carrying out contract reviews.
-Detailed design engineering using CAD.
-Calculations as required.
-Project Engineering.
-Creating Bills of Materials
-Inputting BOMs onto opera and issuing drawings to manufacture.
-Assisting with obtaining external costs i.e. subcontract machining, purchased parts etc.
-Assisting with subcontract / supplier control and management.
