Description
Premier are a Steel Fabrication company who produce a wide range of security and fire rated door sets including ballistic and blast versions.
We are looking for a CAD draughtsman to produce these products using Solidworks or someone who has knowledge of Driveworks.
The candidate will be required to demonstrate their capability using Solidworks / Driveworks at the interview stage and will need knowledge of weldment profiles.
Experience using Solidworks/Driveworks in a relevant manufacturing company will be a big advantage and at the very least you should have knowledge in the following:
- Weldment fabrication using steel profiles
- Know how to design parts and assemblies in context (modifiable design)
- Be familiar with manufacturing drawings such as cut lists, dimensions etc.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.am – 5.pm at the main office (Ilford, Essex)
Do not apply if you have no experience using Solidworks/Driveworks.
