Customer Support Manager- based from our Leeds Regional Office

We have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service Manager with commercial focus and excellent Managerial skills to lead our Loading Systems Northern Operations Department from the Leeds region.
The candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, achieving budgets and managing a small team of staff and engineers covering the Northern and Scotland area of the UK.
Candidates must have a background in management in the Loading Systems sector, with extensive knowledge of Loading Bay applications such as Dock Levellers, Industrial Doors and Scissor Lift as a minimum. You should also have relevant qualifications along with an Engineering and/or Electrical/Mechanical qualification.
Previous experience of leading a team and customer relationship management within a service sector environment is essential.
The candidate must be fully IT literate with experience of quoting & processing repairs through a full cycle to completion. A full driving licence is also essential.
