CAD Design / Draughtsperson
Rainford EMC Systems Ltd are a market leader in anechoic chamber and screened room solutions. A leading provider of EMC antenna measurement facilities and specialist RF protected environments such as EMPP, TEMPEST and MRI ensuring compliance with the highest quality international requirements. We design, manufacture & install full turnkey solutions for both UK & world markets and are currently looking to recruit a CAD Design Draughtsperson / Design Engineer.
The role will involve:-
• You will work as part of the Design team supporting the Project Manager to generate drawings from initial layout through to manufacture.
• Generate complete engineering packages including GA drawings in AutoCAD, as well as assemblies and models in SolidWorks 3D modelling software.
• Generate structured bills of material.
• Redesign / design & detail standard parts & assemblies.
• Modify & maintain existing product.

Experience in sheet metal design & general fabrication techniques is highly preferable. A good working knowledge of both AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D modelling software is essential.
