Description
Fracino a UK based, World Class manufacturer of espresso coffee machines is looking for a dynamic Trainee Product Design Engineer to work as part of a small team to develop new models and improve existing machines.
The individual must be proficient with SOLIDWORKS and Keyshot also have a good engineering background with Product Design.
Successful candidates should be able to work at a fast and efficient pace to turn round projects in a dedicated time scale.
Good organisational skills and the discipline to be thorough and structured about design with an attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and the ability to demonstrate teamwork essential.
The company uses hands on approach to design and development so an understanding of the workshop and a designated R and D department to build and test prototypes is imperative.
The need to understand design to BS and World standards is essential and you will be required to work with external test houses to gain approval.
The successful candidate will have a very full and interesting role in maintaining the company as a world leader.
All candidates will be required to present a portfolio at the interview stage.
Salary circa £18k
