I had an issue with SOLIDWORKS references and the engineer that i talked with was very helpful. As was late in the afternoon he had a look on the problem and came back to me the next day. Luckily i sort out the issue by myself in the meantime but the engineer came back to me with a solution to my problem first thing in the morning!

I sent an email asking for some assistance with an issue. Within 5 minutes a service engineer was on the phone, sharing my screen and fixing the problem. Great service as always. I don’t call helpdesk too often but when I do it’s always quick and efficient service.

Excellent support. Following support from a Microsoft engineer who solved his problem but he also interfered with the registry deleting VB files which were essential for SOLIDWORKS. My SOLIDWORKS Premium is now up and running again.
