I sent an email with an assembly file asking how it was created as I couldn't edit the file. The email was sent to another person who kept asking question that could have been answered by reading the original email. I got the response that the file couldn't be edited, which I knew. I still never got an answer to my original question.

The helpline phone was answered extremely quick and Richard was very able to sort the Pack and Go problem dispite not being able to remote access my pc.
Richard also sent a follow up email on why he was not able to remote access my pc which was down to my ISP blocking a 3rd partly access website/software and nothing to do with him or my pc.

Hi, Josh spent a long time trying to fix my problem. He took a copy of my files and tried to have a go for himself. After asking other support engineers came up with the conclusion that SOLIDWORKS will not actually allow you to do what I was trying to do.
