Registered the download issue on the 4th June 2018 with SOLIDWORKS Technical Support (SSG Ref 974710) and then heard nothing back. The only response came from the off-chance of one of my colleagues speaking to a support representative from Solid Solutions. Once this had happened and the correct email address used the issue was solved very quickly and efficiently.

As I am approaching my Dotage, and 20 years have passed since I last used SOLIDWORKS ( I bought 5 seats for my then Engineering Business in the mid 1980's ) I was very impressed with the way that Kevin helped me ( remotely) import a complex surface IGES file, and very soon after, I had managed to get my new part modelled up, and edited in SOLIDWORKS. Good Stuff!

Some options worked fine but we needed an hand from Lauren to sort out the bits that we couldn't get working.

With her help we were able to see what we needed to do and change a few bits to get them working.
