We were on a virtual course and unlike previous virtual coursed Kyle set up links to see what we were doing at the start of each day, which i found was very helpful and mad me feel much better supported during the 2 day course.

Instructor's knowledge of the course material and SolidWorks in general was excellent. He was patient and clear with his explanations, able to tailor his communication to the audience & individual.

The course was arranged specifically for just a couple of people in a certain location so that we didn't have to travel for it which was brilliant.
Josh taught the material really well and i was able to pick it up quite quickly.

Gordon had extensive knowledge on the piping and routing section of the course. I felt like the course could have been longer as things seemed to be crammed in towards the end, causing myself not to take all the information in as I was concentrating on keeping up Gordon.

The only real disadvantage to the session was all the machines appeared to have different settings causing different reactions when trying to follow the guidance book

Gordon's knowledge of the Piping course couldn't be faulted and, subject to the perhaps too-short length of time allocated to covering *all* the content, he spent time ensuring we understood the concepts even if not everyone completed the exercises.

My main criticism: the machines didn't appear to be configured identically, and a *lot* of time was wasted fixing basic settings, time that would have been better spent relaxing the pace.

Product : PC equipment was out dated & crashed severial times, screens where to small. No course start or end time. Diat requirments for lunch where not met. Pace was slow - teaching by numbers. Trainer left the room when exercises where being done & therefore unable to assist. Very poor value for money.
