WE CONTINUE TO OPERATE BUSINESS AS USUAL

We are regularly updating our advice and FAQs for our customers on COVID-19 here. We will constantly update this page to answer any new FAQs or show our response to new government announcements and subsequent guidance from health authorities.

Solid Solutions and our customer support helpline continue to remain fully open and operational. Following the latest government announcement on 16th March, we have the appropriate measures in place and remain fully operational with all our teams available to support our customers over the phone and via email.

We are closely monitoring the situation in all our offices and will update our guidance as when necessary via this page and by directly communicating with our customers.

Is Solid Solutions open for business?

Following government announcements on 16 March and subsequent guidance from relevant authorities, the company continues to remain fully open and operational. We have the appropriate measures in place with all our teams available to support our customers over the phone and via email.

Are training sessions, customer events and other learning sessions taking place?

All courses until the end of April will be delivered via our Virtual Classroom Training. This is not a firm end date and we will review the situation closer to the time before confirming we can offer physical training sessions.

What is Solid Solutions doing about the coronavirus?

Like many companies, we are now working from home and avoiding any face to face meeting with clients, including training. We are however remaining fully functional as our staff are able to work from home, support, training and meetings will all be held remotely using appropriate software. We aim to continue to provide the best service possible to our customers during this time and so will be making additional learning resources and guidance available over the next few weeks.
