Introduction to SOLIDWORKS, 3D Printing and Scanning – Athlone

Join us in Athlone for a complimentary, in-person seminar introducing SOLIDWORKS Design, along with an overview of 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies used in modern design and product development.

What the Session Covers

Through live demonstrations, we’ll show how SOLIDWORKS is used to create accurate 3D geometry, build assemblies, generate manufacturing drawings, and check fit and function before anything is physically produced.

We’ll also cover SOLIDWORKS training and certification pathways, explaining how structured learning supports long term capability, and introduce 3D printing and scanning to show how these technologies fit into prototyping, product development, and design validation workflows.

There is plenty of opportunity throughout the morning to ask questions and discuss real-world use cases with our technical team.
