• Ongoing Support: You'll retain access to our Technical Support service and our vast range of learning materials, events, and webinars throughout your entire life with us.

• Upgrade Option: You will also have the opportunity to upgrade to an Enhanced subscription at any time to maximise the value of our offerings.

No, Our Success packages cover almost every new product purchase. No matter if you are adding a new product to your portfolio, or you are purchasing any license outside of core SOLIDWORKS, we will offer the Success Package to you. This includes all our products from Visualise and Composer and Electrical to our manufacturing products such as SOLIDCAM and SWOOD.

Any specialist products will be assigned a specialist success contact. They will work with you until you have reached your goals with your particular software so you can achieve your goals.
