iMachining 3D automatically generates a complete, ready to run CNC program with optimal cutting conditions, thanks to the intelligent, knowledge-based Technology Wizard, allowing you to rough and rest rough an entire 3D part in one operation.
Fast solid geometry selection with automatic protection of the target model.
Each Z-step is optimized using the proven capabilities of iMachining 2D.
Deep roughing utilizes the full flute length, delivering shorter cycle times and longer tool life.
Rest-material cutting is performed in small upward steps, maintaining a consistent scallop height and further reducing machining time.
