As long as you are a Solid Solutions subscription customer, your company can register as many colleagues as you require.

However, please review our cancellation policy, if you believe there is a chance you might not be able to attend on the day.

Car Parking Information

Free car parking is available at the venue and in the event the car park becomes full, I have been assured attendees can park for free along the access road.

Travelling by Car

Use satnav postcode UB10 0GG, search maps for Battle of Britain Bunker, or follow brown tourist signs.

Ultra Low Emission Zone

The Ultra-Low Emissions Zone has been expanded to help clean up London’s air, so there are charges for some older cars driving into London, and the Museum is now included within the expanded ULEZ zone, meaning any visitors driving into the Zone will have to pay this charge.

Travelling by Train

The nearest tube station is Uxbridge (Metropolitan and Piccadilly). Follow the blue tourist signs. These will direct you through Dowding Park via the High Street and St Andrews Road. The walk is approximately 1 mile. There is also a taxi rank at Uxbridge.

Travelling by Bus

To St. Andrew’s Church on the A10 or U3 from Heathrow or the 427, U1, U4 or U7 then walk through Dowding Park. Bus U2 stops at the junction of Hercies Road and Honey Hill.  Check routes at www.tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey

This is a full day event, so complimentary refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including a buffet lunch. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please document these during your registration and we will ask the venue to accommodate these for you.

If you are experiencing issues registering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please provide your company name, personal contact details, any dietary requirements, so we can process your registration manually.

When capacity has been reached you will be unable to register via the website. However, please email us at customerdevelopment@solidsolutions.co.uk and you will be entered onto the waiting list which is managed on a first come first serve basis.

Although these events are free to attend, there is waiting list for the limited number of places available and we require at least 48 hours notice from you to be able to offer your place to those on the waiting list.

Please note it may affect your ability to attend future events if you fail to turn up on the day of the event without cancelling your registration in advance.
